1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hampy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Hampy is a packing list and task management application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Data

All data you create in Hampy (packing lists, items, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not host, store, or access your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data using the built-in backup features.

4. In-App Purchases

Hampy offers optional in-app purchases for premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Weather data and AI suggestions are provided by third-party services and their accuracy is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost data, missed travel connections, or forgotten items.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
